A message from our event partner: Sustainable Food Trust
“We were honoured to play even a small part in bringing One Last Farm to the big screen for audiences to experience – it felt only fitting that such a beautiful and moving documentary had its public premiere on a giant screen, any smaller would not have done it the justice! Seeing Nikki’s beautiful vision and Catherine’s decades of dedication to Yew Tree Farm come to life onscreen was amazing, as was the response from the audience – it was an especially touching moment when the crowd gave Catherine a standing ovation.
At the end of the night there was a genuine feeling of hope for the future and a renewed energy to change not only the way we farm in the UK, but also how we value green spaces like Yew Tree Farm and all that they do for local communities.”
The Bristol Climate & Nature Partnership published a blog post about the event.
